The first things that people usually think of are:
- Stopping smoking.
- Weight Loss.
- Phobias.
- Stress and Anxiety.
In reality, the list is almost endless. If you have a problem, no matter how serious or trivial it is, Hypnotherapy and
NLP can make a difference. In some cases it may not get rid of the problem but it can help you to live with the problem. For
example with pain relief.
I have included a list below which indicates some problem areas that can be helped with Hypnotherapy and/or NLP. If you
have a problem that does not fit into this list it doesn't mean I can't help. I can only say, "Try it". You have nothing to
lose and everything to gain.
I must make it clear at this point that Hypnotherapy and NLP are not magic. They will not help you if you don't want to
be helped. For example, if you are a smoker and don't really want to give up but feel you should, then you would be wasting
your time and money having therapy, it just will not work.

Typically, Hypnotherapy is not recommended for anyone suffering form mental illness.
